  • Schedule calls based on identified issues
  • Meet with management or staff as needed to review

  • Monday - Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturdays and Evenings (Available Upon Request)
  • Verify critical information (phone numbers, address, employment, etc.)
  • Identify reason for delinquency (medical issues, job loss, divorce, etc.)
  • Negotiate repayment options
