About Us


​The Call Center began at the request of credit unions who were having challenges managing their delinquencies. We discovered that many did not have the time to make their calls consistently or always seemed to be a person short. Let's face it - it takes time to interview, hire and train a new person. As experts in delinquency resolution and credit union operations, we are ready to start managing your delinquencies from day one.

As an extension of the credit union, we follow your processes and procedures while reporting directly to the collection manager or supervisor. Your credit union is assigned a unique phone number and specific collector(s). We get to know your members on a first name basis, establish relationships with each member and work to promote your long-term success. All collection notes and scheduled activities are documented in your collection software and no confidential information ever leaves your credit union. You can track who we called, what was discussed and what next steps will be taken. The Call Center is not a collection agency and at no time handles the member’s funds, instead sending all member transactions directly to you. 

Delinquency management with The Call Center does not end with collection calls. We go the extra mile to provide skip tracing, letter processing, phone support and administrative services. Best of all - we do not take days off, get paid vacations or call in sick! Whether your needs are temporary, part time, full time or you need an expert to manage your entire collections department, The Call Center will meet and exceed your requirements and expectations. ​

John Twardy - President

John has over 25 years of experience managing people, business operations, sales, and collections. Utilizing his expertise in collections, financial counseling and problem solving, he has created a unique method for classifying an individual’s ability and motivation to address their financial situation. This classification is in turn used to decipher what types of actions need to be taken to resolve their situation.
