Repossessions
There may come a time when a member no longer has the ability to make timely payments. With the laws regarding repossession constantly changing, you can trust that the recovery of your collateral will be handled by knowledgeable professionals.
As part of our service, we will:
· Assess value of collateral
· Determine if repossession is in best interest of credit union
· Coordinate repossession and sale with preferred and proven vendors
· Send COBB, Notice of Sale and Post Repossession letters
Bankruptcies
We continually monitor and update member's accounts to avoid communication prohibited under bankruptcy law.
Conciliation Court
For accounts where the credit union is seeking involuntary payment options, we are able to file paperwork with the court, schedule court dates and appear on behalf of the credit union to obtain a judgment.
